HOW IT WORKS

From one plugin to the next.

  1. Install one plugin

    Start with a plugin that already includes the Library.

  2. Discover more

    Find the deckerweb tab under Plugins → Add New. Search, series and “Fits my installation” help you choose.

  3. Choose the next one

    Install your next plugin directly from the catalog. Activation is a separate, explicit step. Missing prerequisites are not installed automatically.

Good to know.

You decide

The online catalog starts disabled. The bundled local catalog works without catalog requests. Enable online discovery explicitly; responses are cached for 24 hours.

Installation is explicit

A selected download retrieves an approved GitHub package. Checksums, archives and requirements are checked. Public packages need no GitHub account or token.

No tracking

The Library does not send the website URL, user identity or plugin inventory as telemetry. Enabled requests and downloads expose ordinary connection information, such as the IP address, to the servers involved.

Shared rather than duplicated

Several embedding plugins share a compatible Library runtime and preferences. Hiding the catalog does not disable existing plugin updaters.

GPL-2.0-OR-LATER

An open component, too.

The Library is available on GitHub under GPL-2.0-or-later. Developers can reuse the embedded component. Other publishers must adapt and test source and package approval rules; this is not an arbitrary repository installer. Preserve copyright, licensing and artwork provenance.
