Installation & first steps

1. Download the installable tabulamea-0.9.1.zip from the GitHub release. In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, select the ZIP file and activate TabulaMea. WordPress 7.1.2 and PHP 8.2 are required.
2. Open Settings → TabulaMea → Overview for collection status and the guided measurement test.
3. Under Measurement, choose eligible public content. Administrators and editors are excluded from regular collection by default.
4. Open TabulaMea → Statistics overview and choose a period. New collection begins after activation; historical data can be imported separately.
5. Configure Access, Dashboard and Content lists for your site. Country, technology and search reports are optional.

For the guided test, sign in as an administrator and open the supplied frontend link. Return and reload Overview. The test bypasses role exclusions but creates no regular pageview. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control remain respected, so a private browser window is not a guaranteed counting test.
