Installation & first steps

Getting started

Upload the plugin ZIP under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Activate it, then open Genesis > Widgetized Footer. Add content under Appearance > Widgets. Without Genesis, settings are under Settings > Widgetized Footer and theme features pause safely.

Requires WordPress 6.4 and PHP 8.1. Genesis is required for footer output. Settings can be prepared before Genesis is activated.
